Showcase Sunday (#34)

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by Vicki at Books, Biscuits and Tea. Its aim is to showcase our newest books or book related swag and to see what everyone else received for review, borrowed from libraries, bought in bookshops and downloaded onto eReaders this week.

I did indulge and buy a couple of books recently--novels I've already read and loved but simply needed to own on my shelves--but I've mostly been thriving on ARCs, lately, and older reads already on my shelves or Kindle. I definitely plan to head out to the library soon and stock up on summer reads, so my TBR is only going to be growing. :)

In non-book-related news, I'm graduating on Tuesday! :D Finally! I'll hopefully have pictures of my graduation (and a bunch of other pictures from other events/places I've been to this past year) on Thursday since Wednesday is my two-year blogoversary, so be sure to check back for the massive giveaway I have planned. :) If you haven't already, be sure to link me to your hauls since I love to visit them and have a fantastic reading week!

  4. Oh my goodness, CONGRATS on graduating, and CONGRATS on your blogoversary! What wonderful timing on both of those. ;) I really can't wait to see those graduation pictures!! I guess I'll save what I'm sure will be an ENORMOUS comment for your actual blogoversary post, hehe.

I REALLY can't wait to see what you think of Falling into Place. That was my first official summer read, and I absolutely fell in love with that book. A Thousand Pieces of You has such a pretty cover, so I'm interested to see if what's inside is actually good! Same goes for Snow Like Ashes. I'll be watching for your reviews on those. I haven't heard of No Place to Fall before, surprisingly, so I think I'm going to check that one out! I have heard of Sinner, however, and I'm actually a bit interested to see what you think of that one as well, despite me not really loving that series (especially that ending!!) much.

Lovely haul, Keertana! Happy reading! <3

  7. What a great array of books! Very much looking forward to seeing what you think of A Thousand Pieces of You. I held back on downloading as I wasn't too sure about it since the authors previous books didn't really work for me. I wasn't a fan of The Jewel, but I liked The Caller. It was a good conclusion to the trilogy, imo. :)

Congrats on the upcoming blogoversary and graduation!! I'll be graduating next month and celebrating my three year blogoversay. :D

  12. There were so many pretties up these last couple of weeks, that I had a hard time resisting all of them. But seeing as I have so many books to read already, I was quite good in that I only requested a bunch that were already on my to read pile! I can't wait to compare notes with you on some of these books! Also congratulations on graduating!
